The Ontario Science Centre opens minds to science and technology by creating interactive exhibits, demonstrations and programs that excite curiosity, inspire insight and motivate learning.
Everyday, staff hosts demonstrate the wonders of science -- in electricity (a hair-raising experience), papermaking, chemistry, a starlab, a foundry, and seasonal nature walks.
Entertaining scientific fun is explored in more than 800 exhibits within 13 exhibition halls.
KidSpark is a new permanent exhibit with more than 30 open-ended experiences that encourage children to explore the fundamentals of science in a fun, hands-on fashion.
Young visitors can experiment with a water table and bubble station, sing in a mini-music studio, practise math skills in a kid-sized supermarket, build a house using a four-metre crane, and much more!
