Sunset's Dormer Mountain Tent Camp is the "Ultimate Seclusion" bordering the east side of Banff National Park. This camp is accessible only by horseback, horse-drawn wagon or hiking. Open June 1 to late September, Dormer Mountain Tent Camp features excellent holiday opportunities for horseback riding, stream and lake fishing, and an abundance of flora and fauna photography.

Alberta's "Great Rocky Mountain Escape", the Panther River Retreat, is located at the confluence of the Red Deer and Panther Rivers,120 kms northwest of Calgary.
